What payment methods do you accept?

Can I get another copy of my invoice?

Shipping Charges

Can I use my shipper account for my order?

Our fulfillment operation is fully automated and does not support third-party carrier accounts.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Most stock orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and pending payment approval. During peak seasons (generally September through December), it may take additional time to ship your order. Please plan accordingly.

We ship via FedEx. FedEx delivers your order within 1-5 business days after it leaves our facility.

Custom-manufactured or printed orders take an additional 3 days after artwork approval.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

If you require faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available upon request. To get a quote for expedited shipping, please contact us directly at info@happyboxatl.com.

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include the following details in your email:

• Box size

• Pattern name

• Box color

• Quantity

• Full shipping address

• Desired delivery date

Once we receive your email, we will consult our shipping vendors to determine the exact expedited shipping cost and promptly reply with the total price.

General FAQ

Do you send samples?

Please fill out the sample request form at the bottom of the page to get a sample. We charge a flat rate of $45 for one sample, which includes shipping. Each additional sample or size costs an extra $2.50. Our pricing is based on producing a single printed piece, as we create these samples per order. The price reflects the effort required to produce just one sample.
