To maintain the highest quality and efficiency in our fulfillment process, we strictly enforce our return and refund policy. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

All Sales Are Final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or customer ordering errors. The customer is solely responsible for double- and triple-checking all specifications—including sizes, colors, and patterns—before completing checkout. We will not issue refunds or replacements if you mistakenly order the wrong size, color, or pattern.

Sample Orders: If you're unsure about a product's size, color, pattern, or material, you must order a sample before committing to a full purchase.

  • Sample Pricing: Samples are available for a flat rate of $45 (shipping included).

  • We highly recommend that all customers place a sample order before finalizing any larger orders to ensure the product meets your exact specifications and expectations.

Eligible Exceptions for Refunds or Replacements: We will only issue a refund or provide a replacement under the following three strict conditions:

  1. Damaged Goods: The product arrives physically damaged.

  2. Lost by Courier: The shipping carrier officially declares the package lost in transit. (Note: Packages officially marked as "Delivered" by the carrier to the provided shipping address do not qualify as lost).

  3. Fulfillment Error: We shipped the incorrect item. You are eligible for a refund or replacement only if the size, color, or pattern received directly contradicts the specifications listed on your original order confirmation.

Claim Process: To prevent abuse of this policy, submit any claims about damaged goods or fulfillment errors to our support team within 7 days of the delivery date. All claims must include clear photographic evidence of the item, the packaging, and the packing slip.

By placing an order with us, you accept that no exceptions to this policy will be granted outside of the three specific conditions listed above.
