Image Usage and Copyright Policy

You may use images from the Happy Box website to help you sell Happy Box products on your own website, in your retail location(s), in sales material, or in other promotional materials and media, provided you adhere to our conditions of use as outlined below and you formally register your request with us.

Happy Box grants you the right to use the images of our products for your own marketing use, provided you agree to the following conditions. Any non-compliance with any one of these conditions may result in the immediate forfeiture of your permission to use our copyrighted images.

Conditions of Use

  • Source of Goods: All products you represent or sell using our images must be purchased exclusively from Happy Box.

  • Permitted Use: Images are to be used for your website or your promotional material use only. You may not transfer, license, or sell our images to another person, business, or website that is out of your direct control.

  • Brand Trademarks: No rights are granted for the use of the Happy Box name or logo as your own. No other rights are granted or implied other than those explicitly stated above.

  • Customer Status: You must be an existing Happy Box customer with a verified purchase history.

  • Registration & Approval: You must initially register an image request with us (see below on how to register). You must obtain approval to add or change images by following this same process, ensuring you continue to purchase the applicable products from Happy Box and abide by this policy.

  • Legal Compliance: Any misuse or misrepresentation of our images or other intellectual property may result in forfeiture of your permission to use our copyrighted images and/or pursue other legal remedies as prescribed and governed by United States and Georgia Copyright and Trademark laws.

How to Register an Image Request

To register properly and expedite your approval, please provide the following information:

  • First and Last Name

  • Business Name

  • Account Number or Past Order Number

  • Business Address

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address associated with your Happy Box account

  • URL of Your Website (where images will be displayed)

  • Specific images or product categories you would like to use

  • Consent Statement: A brief acknowledgment that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with the Happy Box Conditions of Image Use.

Submission Instructions: Please send your complete request to info@happyboxatl.com with the subject line "Image Request Registration." We typically respond to your registration request within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).

Accessing the Images

Once approved, you can copy images directly from our website. Typically, you can do this by right-clicking any image and choosing "Save image as..." Depending on your operating system, you may need to copy the picture and then paste it into an image or web page editor.

Please note: We do not send images out on physical media (such as flash drives), nor do we email, transmit, or otherwise distribute high-resolution source files. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this process, please reach out to us at the email provided above.
